All, Reminder about upcoming 802.3cw June 2023 Series and request for presentation – Requests for presentation time shall be made to me at jdambrosia@xxxxxxxx and must be made by Friday May 19, 2023. The submitted comments will be considered at 6 teleconference calls that will be held on the following dates: · 31 May, 9:00am to 1pm, EDT · 01 June, 9:00am to 1pm, EDT · 05 June, 9:00am to 1pm, EDT · 06 June, 9:00am to 1pm, EDT · 07 June, 9:00am to 1pm, EDT · 08 June, 9:00am to 1pm, EDT Please note that this series of calls is separate from the IEEE 802.3 May 2023 Interim, and no registration fee is required to participate in this series of calls. The agenda for these teleconference calls will be to address comments submitted against IEEE P802.3cw during the first Working Group Ballot recirculation. Presentations should address this agenda item. Please note that individuals should request presentation time, and not rely on proposed remedies indicating an intent to submit a presentation. Please use the following link to generate your request – This email is the start of a call for presentation time for the June 2023 Session. Anyone wishing to present, please provide the following information: • Name / Affiliation • Title • Length of time requested (this should include time for questions and answers) • Brief description of topic, including referencing comment #’s presentation will address Please review Procedure for Presenters web page for IEEE P802.3cw: https://www.ieee802.org/3/cw/public/presentproc.html Presentations should be kept to 15 minutes in duration, excluding time for questions and answers. Requests for presentation time greater than 15 minutes will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the requestor should contact the chair prior to making the request to justify the additional time. Furthermore, I encourage individuals to use the Task Force reflector to reach out to others in the spirit of consensus building. As chair, I reserve the right to introduce individuals making similar topic requests in the continuing spirit of this encouragement. Please get your requests in as soon as possible. The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy version of the presentation to me at jdambrosia@xxxxxxxx by Wednesday, May 24, 2023. As a reminder, please make sure that all requests for presentations or submissions of presentation material have no restrictive notices at the bottom of the email. All such emails will be refused, and requests / presentations will not be acknowledged. All individuals submitting presentations should review the Procedures for Presenters Page noted above. I would greatly appreciate presenters reviewing their own presentations to verify that they have followed the cited Presentation Style Guidelines.
