A reminder about upcoming deadlines for the September Interim meeting.

Interim meeting Deadlines:

Presentation Request: This Friday Aug 30^th

Presentation Submission: Tues Sept 3^rd (Note that US/Canada Labo(u)r Day means that many will not be working on the Monday).

Ad hoc Reminder:

We have a final ad hoc meeting on Wed Sept 4^th @ 8am PT. . Requests and presentations by Tues

Interim schedule:

We meet all day Monday Sept 9^th and are currently targeting an 8am start.

Subject: [802.3_100G-OPTX] P802.3cu Task Force meeting announcement and call for presentations

Dear Colleagues,

This email provide details for the meeting of the P802.3cu Task Force. The meetings will be held during the 802.3 Interim meeting week in Indianapolis, IN during the week of Sept 9^th, 2019

Meeting details may be found at http://www.ieee802.org/3/interims/index.html

The .3cu Task Force will meet all day Monday Sept 9^th.

The 802.3cu TF goals for this meeting are to:

Review any technical contributions (including proposals aimed towards addressing the objectives)
Adopt any baseline proposals where consensus exists
Adopt a Task Force timeline

Presentations in line with any of the above is encouraged.

Requests for presentation time shall be made to me at mnowell@xxxxxxxxx and must be made by EOD Friday, Aug 30^th, 2019. The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy by Tues, Sept 3^rd, 2019.
