Reminder about upcoming deadlines below. Regarding COVID-19 and whether it will affect our IEEE meetings I have no official update at this time. There is an EC meeting happening tomorrow morning before the ad hoc

meeting of the P802.3cu Task Force. The meetings will be held during the 802.3
Interim meeting week in Atlanta, Georgia during
the week of March 16th, 2020 Meeting

The .3cu Task Force will meet on the afternoon of Monday March 16th, all day Tues March 17th and then on the morning of Thursday March 19th. The 802.3cu TF goals for this meeting are to resolve comments received against D2.0 which is
currently out for ballot review. Technical contributions are expected to be focused on addressing issues/comments submitted against D2.0. Requests for presentation time shall be made to me at mnowell@xxxxxxxxx and
must be made by EOD Friday, Mar 6th, 2020. The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy by Tues,
Mar 10th, 2020. Please note the deadline for comment submittal is next Friday 2/28.
