I wanted to give everyone a heads up on my plans for next Tuesday’s meeting. Here is my proposed comment order:
As you can see we have 14 comments left to close (excluding the bucket). Depending on how things go, and how prepared everyone is coming into the meeting, there is a possibility that we might be able to complete comment resolution on Tuesday.
Some additional thoughts and observations:
- There has been quite a lot of offline consensus discussion around comments #28 and #31, so I am hoping we can close these two comment fairly quickly.
- I have not seen as much discussion around comments #9 and #29. I would encourage the commenters to review the proposed responses, and if necessary build some consensus in support
of their comments.
- There has also been quite a bit of offline consensus discussions for comments #22,#23, #24 and #26. Based on this I already forwarded updates to the proposed responses to the reflector
on May 25. I would encourage everyone to review these updated responses and come prepared to the meeting on Tuesday, so that we can again hopefully close these out fairly quickly. Note, based on the final response to comment #8 (as captured in nicholl_3cu_03_051920),
we may have to make some additional tweaks to the comment responses I sent out on May 25. If so I hope to have these published to the reflector on Monday, to give people a change to preview before Tuesday.
- We may want to reopen comments #20/#25 (from Mike Dudek), as it was discovered afterwards that the same comments probably also apply to “Transmitter peak-to-peak power” , i.e. section
140.7.5c and 151.8.10.
- We may want to reopen comments #32/#33 (from Greg Le Cheminant ), as it was discovered afterwards that the same comments probably also apply to “Transmitter peak-to-peak power” , i.e.
section 140.7.5c and 151.8.10.
Have a great weekend !
Gary Nicholl
