As noted previously, the editorial team has been refining the proposed comment responses to be more in line with IEEE-SA guidelines and these are identified by “update 09xx20” in one of the fields so you can
track what was changed when. I would note that I inadvertently uploaded an incorrect file last night which I corrected this morning, so if you have pulled the documents before reading this email, please download it again.
