*** Please note that the contribution from Hossein will be a very brief recap of his contribution from 4 January for the purpose of fielding Q&A on his proposed MLSE approach.  It will also be the basis for several MLSE related straw polls. 

 

As an ad hoc, no decisions (i.e. motions) will be made.  However, I will conduct straw polls to test the group’s consensus on certain topics.
