[802.3_B400G_ELEC] [802.3dj] 7 January COM ad hoc is cancelled

Dear Colleagues,

The 7 January COM ad hoc is cancelled.  No requests for changes to the COM
code were received.  

Additionally, the COM open source project was approved by the IEEE SA OSCom
last month.  As a result, Rich, his team and I are awaiting the next steps
to complete the move of the COM code into the open source space.
