[802.3_B400G_ELEC] [COM] 802-COM repository on IEEE SA Open is now available

Dear Colleagues,

 

IEEE SA OSCom completed their review of the 802-COM repository and granted approval.  As a result, the Channel Operating Margin (COM) code is now publicly visible on the IEEE Open Source website (see: https://opensource.ieee.org/).
