This email is to announce that the Annex 178B Ad hoc will be holding two meetings in June. Presentations should address and build consensus on issues raised during the May 2026 Interim related to APSU.
The IEEE P802.3dj Annex 178B Ad Hoc will be meeting on Wed 03 Jun 2026 from 10am to 2pm ET.
· Agenda Request Due: Thursday, 28 May 2026, 8pm ET
· Presentations Due: Monday, 1 Jun 2026, 8pm ET
The IEEE P802.3dj Annex 178B Ad Hoc will be meeting on Thu 25 Jun 2026 from 10am to 2pm ET.
· Agenda Request Due: Thursday, 18 Jun 2026, 8pm ET
· Presentations Due: Monday, 22 Jun 2026, 8pm ET
The intention of the ad hoc meetings is to offer an opportunity to build consensus prior to D3.1 comment resolution at the IEEE P802 July 2026 Plenary. Presentations having multiple co-authors and multiple affiliations will be prioritized.
All individuals should review the following IEEE SA Policies prior to the start of the meeting -

As an ad hoc, no decisions (i.e. motions) will be made. However, straw polls may be utilized to test the group’s consensus on certain topics.
