[802.3AZ] Reminder - please submit comments on IEEE 802.3az Draft 1.1 by January , 2008
Dear Colleagues,
The comment submission deadline for Draft 1.1 just a little over two
weeks away. Please do not wait till the last minute to submit your
comments. If you plan to address a particular comment in a presentation,
please include this in the Suggested Remedy field of your comment.
Also, please note Steve Carlson's e-mail regarding the room block
closing on Sunday. If you haven't made your hotel reservation and / or
registered for the meeting, now would be a great time to take care of it.
If you plan to submit a presentation, please submit your request per the
guidelines at the Procedure for Presenters web page:
http://www.ieee802.org/3/az/public/presentproc.html
Presentation requests and materials are due to me by *Wednesday, January
5th*. Please focus your presentations on proposals that will lead to a
technically complete draft. It is possible that we will have more late
submissions this time as the comment responses will not be available
until Friday, January 9th. Timing on this comment cycle is compressed
due to the holidays. Your patience and understanding will be
appreciated. Presentations should be mailed to me at
mjbennett@xxxxxxxxx Please remember that any requests for time or
submissions of presentation material containing restrictive notices
will be rejected.
