[802.3AZ] Question about Tw parameter in table 24-2 vs. Tw_sys_tx in table 78-4

Hi,

This is a question I've gotten from a bridge vendor who was looking into 
EEE.  Why is Tw (WAKE state time) in table 24-2 listed as 30 - 36 us when 
the Tw_sys_tx in table 78-4, which presumably should be inclusive of the 
WAKE state time, is listed as 30 us?

We're just trying to understand.
