[802.3AZ] meeting minutes and Draft 3.1 are on the web

Folks,

The meeting minutes from the May interim are on the web as well as the 
Draft 3.1 files (http://www.ieee802.org/3/az/private/index.html).  The 
recirculation ballot should be opening soon.  Our next meeting is at the 
IEEE 802 Plenary at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, California
