[EFM] updated presentations

The presentations that I received by close of business yesterday
have been posted to our web site at:

A few presentations came in late last night or early this morning,
and these didn't make it onto the web, CDs, or flash cards.
I will post those updates after the meeting.

For those of you who are already traveling (which is probably
most of you), I will be distributing CDs and flash memory cards
at the meeting with the presentations as they appear on the
web.
