Hi Carlos,

I'm familiar with one implementation where TDM over packet
(IP over Ethernet) works reliably. It is feasible and
"low complexity" to deliver tightly bounded timing 
synchronization for TDM streams without the need
for "fine tuning" using standard PHYs.
