[EFM] Presentations and Comments updated

Dear Members of the IEEE 802.3ah EFM Task Force,

I have updated the suite of presentation files on the web
with some last minute changes.  The URL is:

Your editors have been hard at work crafting
proposed responses to your comments.  The proposed
responses have been placed at:

These proposed responses will be reviewed and modified
as necessary at our meeting in New Orleans.

I will be bringing copies of the draft, the presentations, and
the comments on both CDROM and flash memory cards to the meeting.
