[EFM] September Meeting Information
Dear Members of the IEEE 802.3ah EFM Task Force,
Even though we have a very important meeting
coming up next week in San Francisco, it is
also important to start looking ahead to our
September interim meeting. As previously
announced, this meeting will be hosted by
Aethra, in Portonovo, Italy. Our hosts and
their meeting planners have been hard at
work making the arrangements, which we can
now announce. The meeting information
can be found at:

You can register for the meeting and make
your hotel requests via this page. The
hotel information is particularly important,
and requires some explanation. First, you
must submit your hotel request no later than
July 31. Due to the relatively small size
of the hotels in the area, our hosts have
made arrangements with a selection of several
hotels. The meeting planners will act as a
central housing bureau, matching up attendees
with the available rooms, while attempting
to accomodate your choice of hotel. The hotel
room rates include breakfast on each day of
your stay. Transportation will be provided
from your hotel to the Hotel Excelsior La Fonte,
which is where the meetings will be held.
