[802.3_DIALOG] IEEE Statement on Participation of Members/Volunteers on BIS Entity List and FAQ

Please find attached communications from the IEEE and the IEEE Standards Association (IEEE-SA) regarding guidance for volunteers participating in IEEE and IEEE-SA activities that may be affiliated with entities on the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security "Entity List".
