All in-person participants that stay onsite within the Le Meridien IEEE room block for three (3) or more nights qualify to purchase the discounted in-person registration. All others must purchase an in-person
NOT in host hotel or virtual registration. Hotel reservation cutoff date is August 11th or if the block fills up. The hotel block ends on Thursday. There are no rooms available in the block starting Friday. A hotel reservation number is required to complete
in-person registration, so it is advisable to book the hotel before registering.
