[802.3_DIALOG] FW: [802-ALL] 802_0725_Register Now for the 2025 July IEEE 802 Plenary Session in Madrid

All, please see the announcement below of conference and hotel registration opening for the July 2025 Plenary in Madrid. Early registration ends 30 May. At a minimum, I’d advise reserving your hotel room now to avoid any room block issues.

We are pleased to announce the upcoming 2025 IEEE 802 Plenary Session, taking place July 27 - August 1, 2025 at the Melia Castilla Hotel in Madrid, Spain. This will be a mixed mode event with both in-person and virtual participation options available.

Registration Information:

Registration Fees:

  • Early (until May 30, 2025): $600 USD
  • Standard (May 31 - June 27, 2025): $800 USD
  • Late (after June 27, 2025): $1000 USD

Registration Discount:

    • Hotel confirmation number required at registration discount. If you book after registering, please email your confirmation to register@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Full Refund for cancellations by May 30, 2025.
  • Partial Refund (minus $150 fee) for cancellations by June 27, 2025.
  • No Refund for cancellations after June 27, 2025.
