[802.3_DIALOG] IEEE P802.3dk Greater than 50 Gb/s Bidirectional Optical Access PHYs 3rd IEEE 802.3 Working Group recirculation ballot results

Dear Colleagues,

The 3rd IEEE 802.3 Working Group recirculation ballot on the Amendment IEEE P802.3dk Greater than 50 Gb/s Bidirectional Optical Access PHYs closed successfully on 22nd July 2025. Subsequently, the last disapprove voter flipped to Approve with Comments. As a result, the draft has 100% approval.

The July 2025 IEEE P802.3dk Task Force plenary week meeting <http://www.ieee802.org/3/interims/index.html> will consider the 6 comments submitted and determine changes to the draft as appropriate.

An additional 12 comments were received after the ballot closed. These comments will be marked as 'late' in the comment report, and the IEEE P802.3dk Task Force will consider these comments provided that, based on a vote if necessary, there is no objection to doing so.

The availability of the comment database will be announced on the IEEE P802.3dk Task Force reflector.

The current ballot statistics are:

 244 Voters
 156 Approve
   0 Disapprove 
  30 Abstain
 186 Ballots returned

  76% Response Rate (> 50% required)
  16% Abstain Rate (< 30% required)
 100% Approval Rate (>= 75% required)
