[802.3_DIALOG] IEEE 802.3 Rules meeting 2 July 2026

Dear colleagues,

The receipt of a proposed change to the IEEE 802.3 operations manual was announced at the March 2026 IEEE 802.3 Opening Plenary meeting. The proposed change has been labeled 1-03/26 and is related to Calls for Interest. See <https://www.ieee802.org/3/rules/updates/prop_change_1_0326.pdf>.

This is an announcement of an electronic meeting to review the proposed changes as required by the IEEE 802.3 operating rules. See <http://www.ieee802.org/3/rules/P802_3_rules.pdf> 2.7.

The meeting has been scheduled to take place on Thursday 2 July 2026 from 11 am to noon EDT (15:00 to 16:00 UTC).
