Please expect each Ad Hoc Chair to announce meeting details on the email
reflector in the near future. A summary of Ad Hoc meeting schedules will be
made available on the website.

Each Ad Hoc is an official IEEE activity and may use the IEEE 802.3bn email reflector.
Ad Hocs may meet at any time during their chartered period, including but not limited
to email, web conferencing, and face to face meetings. The intent of an Ad Hoc is to
permit developing consensus during and between Task Force meetings for bringing
reports, recommendations, etc. back to the Task Force for consideration. Please
expect the agenda at each Task Force meeting in the future to include presentation
time for each operating Ad Hoc.

In the next several days, the unconfirmed minutes for this past meeting as well as
the updated agenda slides will be announced and made available on the website.

Yours truly,
Mark Laubach, Chair
IEEE P802.3bn EPoC PHY Task Force
