[802.3_EPOC] Sunday meeting logistics in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Narada Grand Hotel
Dear attendees of the Hangzhou interim meeting,
Our Sunday meeting room in is Harvest Room on the 3rd floor and is very near the elevators. The meeting is more well attended than originally predicted by about 20-30 people. This is the only meeting room available for us on Sunday. Please try to register and pick up your badge in the 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM timeframe so we can started on time at 9:00AM. FYI, breakfast opens at 6:30AM in the hotel.
Our Monday meeting room will be a larger room, one side of the Grand Ballroom.
