After looking at the Broadcom proposal, I'd be very interested in hearing this discussion and have the proposals debated.

Dear IEEE P802.3bn members,

At the meeting this week, it was mutually desired by everyone to have a presentation and discussion on the topic of FEC for EPoC. The presentation on DVB-C2 was introduced as a late contribution for best effort presentation.

I would request your continued indulgence to introduce a presentation on a proposal for alternative LDPC FEC codes as an additional late contribution for best effort presentation which is enclosed.
