All, I have attached the notes from today's call. Here are the highlights: 1) We went over the continuous downstream framing slides and took two straw polls. a. Straw Poll #18: In the EPoC continuous downstream PHY, the FEC codeword will be of a fixed size, that is an integer multiple of 65 bits (shortened 64b/66b encoded vector). Y:11 N:0 A:0 b. Starw Poll #19: In the EPoC Continuous downstream PHY, the PLC shall transmit (either in all or some PLC frames) a pointer in bits to identify the start of the first FEC complete codeword in the following PLC frame. Y:11 N:0 A:0 2) We started to look at the baseline proposal modifications. a. Proposed a slide from Bill Keasler's presentation on Downstream PLC hunting MDIO control registers. b. Generic drawing for the PHY Link Channel Definition was modified for Qualcomm TDD PLC proposal. 3) I would like to finalize the "Downstream PLC Baseline Proposal" slides at the next conference.
