All,
Please find attached an update to the MDIO Field proposal that I sent our previously (in traditional PDB and Excel formats). This version reflects the following changes:
Added item 6 per PHY-Link call.
Added item 8 per motion in Geneva.
Updated items 18-20 to reflect counter reset behavior typical of similar MDIO error counter registers.
Modified column titled "Driver" to indicate what prompted proposing the field; Proposal (P), Technical decision (T), Baseline starting point (Bs), or Baseline (B).
Added column titled "Status" to indicate the stats of the register; Reviewed, Strawpolled or Motioned.
Updated notes per PHY-Link call.

*       TDD and FDD considerations

As well as filling out the 'start of baseline' adopted at the last meeting to create the baseline proposal for the next meeting.
