[STDS-802-3-EPOC] Corrected version of Clause 102 for review
Dear IEEE P802.3bn Task Force Participants,
We would like to ask for your indulgence on the inclusion of some draft material that was inadvertently omitted from the D0.3 release. This new material is available at: http://www.ieee802.org/3/bn/private/

EPoC Task Force,
Shortly after the draft 0.3 was made available it was noted that some material from Laubach_3bn_04c_1113 approved for inclusion in the draft by motion #17 in the Dallas meeting had inadvertently be left out of the draft. To rectify this omission, a corrected version of Clause 102 will be made available as a standalone document for comment by the Task Force. This corrected version is number Clause 902 to avoid confusion with the previously posted version of Cl 102. A change marked version is also available showing differences between the two versions.
Task Force members are invited to comment on either or both versions of Clause 102. If commenting on the newer version please use Clause 902 in the comment and reference page numbers in the clean version only.
My apologies to the Task Force for this error and any confusion it may cause.
