[STDS-802-3-EPOC] sub group housekeeping on EPoC web page

Dear IEEE P802.3bn Task Force participants,

As in a previous email, the PHY and TDD sub-group web pages have been moved to an "Inactive" list.
http://www.ieee802.org/3/bn/public/

In addition, since none of our other ad hoc committees have been having any activity for some time now, they are also moved to the same list.
Note that any sub-group can be "re-activated" at any time.  All minutes, presentations, and other documents will continue to be maintained on the EPoC website.
