[STDS-802-3-EPOC] first look at meeting time logistics for May 2014 interim
Dear IEEE P802.3bn Task Force participants,

Assignments/constraints:
NG-EPON is meeting on Tuesday, no conflict at this meeting
P802.3bn EPoC is meeting on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
There is a social on a battle ship. Wednesday night, but don't have a URL to point to yet for detailed information.
P802.3bn EPoC meeting times:
Wed 14: Start 8am (or 9am if schedule is light), End 6pm (assuming social at 6:30)
Thu 15: Start 8am (or 9am), End 6pm (or later)
Fri 16: Start 8am (or 9am), End 12noon. (room goes away at 3pm, attendees are catching flights, etc.)
We'll adjust the start time for the Wednesday meeting based on Draft D0.5 comment resolution load and presentation requests.
