Frame Expansion TF members,

I've uploaded the D2.3 comments with proposed responses to the website. It may be found here:

Bob Grow has graciously arranged for a conference room in San Diego and a WebEx teleconference for our February 15, 2006 interim meeting. We will be resolving comments received on D2.3 in order to prepare D2.4 for a second re-circulation before the March 2006 plenary.
