[802.3BA] Seoul Meeting

Dear Task Force Members,

I want to thank everyone for all of the efforts put in this week!  It was a very successful week, as we completed the following-

 

• Complete review of Draft 0.9
• Resolution of the 40G >=10km SMF objective, as the 4x10G CWDM solution proposed in cole_01_0908 was adopted
• Review of proposed text (king_01_0908) for 4x10G CWDM proposal

 

With the completion of these three items, Draft 1.0 will be generated.  The planned release date per our Chief Editor, Ilango, is October 1.  I would also like to thank Ilango, and the Editorial Team for all of their hard work in producing Draft 0.9.  The effort put into the document was obvious by the excellent state of the draft.
