[802.3BA] Reminder- Comments on IEEE P802.3ba D1.1

Dear Task Force Members,

As a reminder, comments on IEEE P802.3ba D1.1 are due Monday, December 29, 2008.  For further details, please see http://www.ieee802.org/3/hssg/email/msg01555.html.  

 

Please note that it is not necessary to wait until December 29.  You may make multiple comment submissions up to December 29. This will assist the editorial team by giving them additional time to formulate responses to comments.

Also, if you are intending to give a presentation in support of a suggested remedy or provide any supplemental material for any comments, please indicate this in the “Suggested Remedy” field.  

 

The January meeting is critical as we need to close out on all technical issues in order to submit a technically complete document on March 2, 2009, which is necessary in order to request to go to Working Group Ballot at the March Plenary.  All task force participants should be reviewing D 1.1, and working towards completing all technical issues.  Please contact the editors of respective clauses if you have suggested proposals for completing TBD’s or if you wish to participate in the consensus building process on such proposals.
