[802.3_MAINT] Update on IEEE P802.3-2008/Cor 1 (IEEE 802.3bb)

Colleagues,

The IEEE 802 Executive Committee authorized IEEE P802.3-2008/Cor 1 (IEEE 802.3bb) to progress to Sponsor ballot yesterday at the closing session.
