[802.3_MAINT] IEEE Std. 802.3-2008/Cor 1-2009 is Approved

Yesterday, the IEEE SASB approved IEEE P802.3-2008/Cor1 (IEEE 802.3bb).
 
I would like to thank everyone who worked on this project.
