Folks, I have had a few requests for the baseline wander files I constructed many years ago for 100BASE-T baseline wander testing. These files, when transmitted, create
a baseline wander event that is double that of the original “killer packet” and also with different repetition rates. The file can be found on my website in a hidden link. (Link) I am offering these so that we can compare the effects of BLW and droop, which are related, but not the same thing. Regards,

Hello Maintenance Group Reflector, Attached is a revised presentation describing the comment that I submitted on my ballot today. The portion of the comment that has been changed are the comments
to Clause 25.6 (PICS). These were overlooked in my prior proposal. Thanks to Pete Anslow for helping to catch this error. Even though the comment has already been submitted, I would like to receive your comments and feedback prior to the September meeting. Please email me directly
at ntracy@xxxxxx, or reply to the reflector. Thank you, Nathan

Hello Maintenance Group Reflector Members, I would like to share the attached file describing a proposed comment to IEEE P802.3REVTM/2.0
July 2011, Clause 25, for your consideration and feedback. This proposed comment would allow the alternative pulse droop test allowed in the IEEE Std 802.3at, POE+, to be available for all 100BASE-TX transmitters. Please provide comments and feedback either on this reflector or directly to my email, ntracy@xxxxxxx If I receive sufficient comments and feedback that warrant a conference call, I am tentatively proposing that we would have a conference call next Wed, Aug 24th at 9:00 am
PDT to discuss this subject. Pending your comments and feedback, I am planning to post a comment to the draft specification on August 26. Thank you, Nathan
