[802.3_MAINT] IEEE P802.3 (IEEE 802.3bh): Comment Website Updated

Colleagues,

 

Our editorial team has been busy working through the comments on the sponsor 1^st recirculation ballot and proposing responses. We have completed that bit of the process and the comment website for IEEE P802.3 (IEEE 802.3bh) has been updated. The comment files (available in a comment ID sort and clause sort) now include the comments received during the sponsor 1^st recirculation ballot along with proposed responses from the editors.
