P802.3.2a Code Review and Best Practices ad-hoc formation

Dear colleagues, 

With this email, I would like to announce the formation of the Code Review
and Best Practices ad-hoc, chaired by Peter Jones, tasked with the
development of the best practices for the development of YANG modules as
well as the review of the existing and proposed YANG text for the standard
for consistency across different subclauses. Meeting announcements will be
sent to the Maintenance and YANGsters reflector by Peter.
