[8023-POEP] Task Force status

For those who are unaware, last Thursday the 802.3 Working Group approved forwarding our PAR, and 5 Criteria to the 802 Executive Committee.  The Executive committee has approved and is forwarding our PAR to Nescom.  We are not really a Task Force until this works its way all through the Standards Board, but we are well on our way.
