Any argument not withstanding, it is out of scope for the current
project.
The characteristics of the power supply behind the PSE are as out of
scope for P802.3at as the characteristics of the PC attached to an 802.3
MAC would be for Ethernet standards.
It might be within the scope of TR-41 which does telephone systems (but
then that would only be a US standard).

Q4/15 have already extended the definition of EFM copper to cover all
