I have captured the text that we agreed to on the board in the attached pdf file. Also, here is the suggested idea / motion that Mr. Law mentioned in the meeting.
 
Proposed motion
Editor to insert table and associated text in diab_1_1007.pdf into next version of the draft in the introductory section of classification. Editor to add an editor's note stating that this text may be moved at a later date.
