Title: Suggested text for 33.3.5.4

The input current for classes 0 – 3 may exceed PPort max/VPort for less than 50ms and
5% duty cycle. Peak current shall not exceed IPort max.

The input current for class 4 may exceed Icable for less than 50ms and
5% duty cycle. Input current shall not exceed (Icable*400/350) when the PSE Vport is static.
