Management strawman
All - this is my stab at the management strawman - I should be presenting it in
Slide form sometime wed (the word doc is a much smaller file, and says exactly
the same thing but without the benefit of 20+ point fonts), my apologies for not
circulating it earlier. As a strawman I fully expect it t be shredded but would
add that in trying to identify some appropriate management attributes I had the
assistance of an 802.1expert and an 802.3 expert, so believe it should hold some
water. For context see 802.3 chapter 30
