Thanks to everyone at the November Plenary meeting for excellent
presentations, tremendous lab work, and a spirit of consensus and
cooperation. We have the last major piece in place and can now concentrate
on the draft and making up for lost time.

Reminder: Here is the conference number for the Editor's weekly conference
call.  The call in phone number is 508-786-1700, once answered you will be
asked for the meeting ID number which is 7624. The first call will be on
Thursday, November 16. There will be no call the following week since it is
a national holiday in the US.
