[802.3af] POE standards

Hi,

 

    I am probably needing redirection, I want to know

if the latest Power over Ethernet standards state

(4,5) and (7,8) pins as the power lines ?

and the voltage over them can range from 44 to 57 volts.

If so is there a 5V switching regulator that can handle 57 volts at

its input?
