Important information for
all potential IEEE 802.3af DTE Power attendees:
a) The Doubletree Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, will be the site for the May 2002 IEEE 802.3af DTE Power Interim Meeting. The cut-off date for the block is April 24, 2002. To make your hotel reservation, you must contact the hotel directly by calling: 702-948-4000 Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. Please let them know that you will be attending the IEEE 802.3 af DTE Power Interim Meeting when making your room reservation. The special IEEE 802.3af DTE group rate is $87/night for single/double occupancy plus applicable taxes. Check in time is 3:00pm, check out is 12:00 noon. To avoid penalty, room reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to your day of arrival.

b) The Doubletree Las Vegas is
located 2 miles from Las Vegas International Airport. The Doubletree offers complimentary
shuttle service to and from the Airport and the strip. Hotel self-parking for in-house guests and
other visitors is complimentary as well.
c) There
are many attractions close to the Doubletree Hotel including the Las
Vegas Strip and the Belz Factory Outlet World.
d)
The
IEEE 802.3 af DTE Power Meeting will begin Monday, May 13th at
8:00am and will complete on
Wednesday, May 15th at 5:00 pm.
e)
To
attend this particular Interim Meeting, there will be a $200.00US
registration fee. Please
