Power Colleagues,

D3.01 should soon be posted for your reference.

This draft incorporates most of the comments to D3.0 that we
resolved in Raleigh and St. Louis.

Looking forward we plan to catch up with the rest of the comments
and also to include any resolutions that come out of Las Vegas,
hopefully in draft D3.1.
