[802.3af] Update: Re: [802.3] 802.3af August Interim meeting (35 days notice)
Update: Subject: [802.3] 802.3af August Interim meeting (35 days notice)
I was just informed that the meeting fee will be added to the bill at
check-out.
Radisson's reservation process will not handle the adjustment. The meeting
fee includes the conference room and three refreshment breaks (pre-meeting,
mid-morning, and afternoon). The meeting fee is 14.95 per person plus a 19%
service
charge and 5% sales tax (~$19.00).
The room rate is $99.00 (9.7% state sales tax) = ~$108.00.
At check-out: ~$19.00 will be added for the meeting fee (including taxes).
Total per-night: ~$127.00
Please use reservation code: IEEE
