[802.3af] January Interim Meeting in Vancouver
Colleagues:
Just to let everyone know that the meeting announcement for the January
Interim meeting is listed below. Deadline for booking your room is Friday,
December 6th. Please be sure to book into the conference hotel, as extra
fees may be assessed for those not staying in the Hotel Vancouver.

and make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. The rates are
excellent (don't forget to convert to USD!) and the hotel is superb. The TF
meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 7 through Thursday, January 9.
Since we don't know what the comment volume will be, and in order to meet
our schedule, I would like three days to resolve comments and create D4.1.
This way we will be able to open a recirculation ballot immediately.
