It is still an active study group.  The PAR and Five Criteria did not
get past 802.3.  Judging from the discussion, members of 802.3 would be
more comfortable if it were clearer what was 802.3 work and what was
802.1 work, and how the proposed features fit with existing 802
architecture.  The major point of discussion was on the Compatibility
criteria.

For those of us who weren't in Atlanta, what is the current status of
RE? I haven't seen anything on this reflector since March 16th, and the
minutes aren't up on the 802.3 site yet.
