1) Rough agenda:
a) Review chapter 5.3 Subscription of DVJ-edited working paper
(dvjReNext2005Jun07.pdf)
b) Discussion of parameters within the messages
2) Discussions
The discussions on the call include:
a) Nomenclature definition issues:
the use of classA/time sensitive, subscription/admission
control, resource/bandwidth, etc.
b) Illustration clarity issues: numbering the
talkers/listeners/agents in figures, using clearer arrow identifiers,
etc.
c) An extended controller scenario of section 5.3.5,
where the listener may not be ResE capable. Suggestion
was given that the controller directly sets
up the listener agent in the edge bridge.
Details of this possibility are TBD.
d) The relationship and clarification between
RespondJoin and RespondForm.
(Now called ConfirmJoin and ConfirmPath.)
e) The mapping of SRP signaling to GARP
3) Next update.
The results of this call will be reflected in the next edition of DVJ
working
paper.
